Raytheon seeks a Program Supplier Quality Engineer to oversee supplier quality across the full product life cycle, collaborating with program and functional partners to ensure conformance to AS9100, AS9145, and APQP standards. The role includes on-site activities, supplier audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.

You will work with Electrical, Mechanical, Energetic domains, interpret schematics, perform FAI and RCCA, and travel up to 25% domestically to supplier sites while supporting DoD

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering field required.
• Minimum 5 years of quality/engineering experience in aerospace/defense.
• Experience with ISO 9001, AS9100, AS9145 or MDA Assurance Provisions.
• Ability to interpret schematics, perform hardware inspections, and review documentation.
• Experience with root cause analysis and corrective actions.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary quality interface with the external supply base.
• Identify supplier risks and develop engagement plans to mitigate them.
• Ensure flow down of requirements to sub-tier suppliers via PO, quality notes and SOW.
• Interpret program requirements for supplier compliance with quality requirements.
• Collaborate with Engineering to resolve schematic, nonconformance, and contractual issues.
• Oversee or perform on-site activities including source surveillance and FAI.
• Drive continuous product and process improvements using RCCA, QFD, Six Sigma and Lean.
• Apply APQP processes to enhance supplier performance and manufacturing.
• Provide performance feedback to suppliers and communicate with internal stakeholders.
• Travel domestically to support supplier assessments; ~25% travel.
