Job summary

RTX in Tucson is seeking a Quality Analyst to lead rapid resolution of supplier-caused quality issues impacting the factory, working with quality and cross-functional teams. You will analyze nonconformance data and drive corrective actions.

Responsibilities include containment, root-cause analysis, and communicating part issues to suppliers and stakeholders. A STEM degree and DoD clearance eligibility are required, with DoD-friendly experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and two years of related experience.
• Experience with Root Cause Corrective Action processes.
• Experience with hardware inspection techniques and interpreting engineering drawings.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead rapid resolution of supplier-caused quality issues impacting the factory with cross-functional teams.
• Analyze material non-conformance data and develop action plans for top and systemic drivers.
• Investigate issues with supplied material, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective solutions.
• Communicate part issues to suppliers and stakeholders.
• Assist with quarantine, containment and screening of suspect defective hardware.
