Job summary

RTX is seeking a Manufacturing Supplier Quality Engineer in Andover, MA to safeguard product and process quality with focus on compliance and continuous improvement. You will lead rapid resolution of supplier issues and drive corrective actions across cross-functional teams.

Qualified candidates have RCCA experience, ISO9001/AS9100 familiarity, and the ability to read engineering drawings; U.S. citizenship and clearance eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in STEM or technical field and two years of related experience.
• Experience with RCCA processes and root-cause analysis.
• Familiarity with ISO9001/AS9100 quality management systems.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and inspect hardware.
• Eligibility to obtain/maintain a US security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead rapid resolution of supplier-caused issues impacting the factory.
• Analyze non-conformance data and develop corrective action plans.
• Ensure robust root-cause analysis and implementation of solutions.
• Communicate issues to suppliers and stakeholders; assist with containment.
