Job summary

State of Oklahoma is seeking a Registration Specialist within the OMES to support suppliers through onboarding and ongoing maintenance. The role manages inbound calls, emails, and tickets to resolve inquiries efficiently and professionally.

You will verify banking and identity documents, ensure accurate registrations, and maintain supplier records across systems. You will collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and IT to resolve issues and drive process improvements, while delivering a

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in business, finance, supply chain management or related field.
• Two years of procurement-related experience or equivalent combination of education/experience substituting for degree.
• Certification as State of Oklahoma Certified Procurement Officer Level 1 or must attain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary customer-service contact for supplier onboarding and inquiries.
• Answer inbound calls, respond to emails, and manage support tickets.
• Guide suppliers through registration and onboarding with required documentation.
• Process registrations, file changes, and name-change updates.
• Validate banking information and identity documents for compliance.
• Maintain accurate supplier records across systems.
• Escalate complex issues to Procurement, Finance, or IT as needed.
• Provide clear, empathetic communication to suppliers throughout the process.
