Job summary

State of Oklahoma is seeking a Central Benefits Partner I to support the HCM Benefits team and manage a range of health and savings accounts. The role focuses on enrollment, life events, and regulatory compliance while coordinating with agencies and vendors to ensure accurate records.

The position offers full-time in-office work with a strong benefits package and opportunities to conduct workshops and trainings on ACA, Section 125, and other state rules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Three (3) years of relevant experience in benefits or HR functions.
• Experience with Health Care Accounts and Dependent Savings Accounts.
• Experience with reporting and benefits administration.

Responsibilities

• Manages and administers health, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, and FSA/HSA accounts.
• Assists employees and agencies in enrolling in flexible benefits under state and federal laws.
• Oversees onboarding enrollments, qualifying life event changes, and terminations.
• Advises plan participants, agency staff on enrollment procedures and changes.
• Ensures ACA, federal, and state regulatory compliance; conducts audits as needed.
