Qualifications

• Review, validate, and process requests to add or modify supplier information in the vendor master.
• Perform required compliance vetting (tax, sanction, risk checks) and related research.
• Provide high-touch supplier enablement on procurement platforms, especially Coupa.
• Champion process improvement initiatives within the operations value stream.
• Identify innovative solutions to resolve system and operational challenges.
• Build strong relationships with internal customers, vendors, and cross-functional leadership.

In this role, the individual reviews requests to add and modify supplier profiles in the vendor master while ensuring team metrics are consistently met or exceeded. Additionally, the specialist supports operational excellence by identifying and driving continuous process improvements. Key Responsibilities

• Supplier Onboarding & Maintenance: Review, validate, and process requests to add or modify supplier information in the vendor master database to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Compliance & Research: Perform required compliance vetting (e.g., tax, sanction, and risk checks) and conduct payables or vendor-related research.
• Supplier Enablement: Provide high-touch support to enable suppliers on procurement platforms, specifically Coupa.
• Process Innovation: Act as a change agent by challenging the status quo, disrupting inefficient processes, and leading process improvement initiatives within the operations value stream.
• Problem Solving: Identify innovative solutions to resolve complex system and operational challenges across multiple platforms.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with internal customers, vendors, and cross-functional leadership to inform and influence positive outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of Customer Service experience

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Corporate Procurement or Supply Chain Operations
• 1+ years of experience with Enterprise Financial and Procurement systems (e.g., Coupa, PeopleSoft)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a proven track record of building positive vendor relationships
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a diverse, team-oriented environment
