Job summary

Dexian is seeking a Supplier Onboarding Specialist in Virginia to review requests to add or modify supplier profiles in the vendor master, ensuring data accuracy and timely processing. You will support operational excellence by driving process improvements and collaborating with internal customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of customer service and procurement experience, strong written and verbal communication, and familiarity with Coupa or similar

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Customer Service experience.
• 1+ years of experience in Corporate Procurement or Supply Chain Operations
• 1+ years of experience with Enterprise Financial and Procurement systems (e.g., Coupa, PeopleSoft)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a proven track record of building positive vendor relationships
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a diverse, team-oriented environment

Responsibilities

• Supplier Onboarding & Maintenance: Review, validate, and process requests to add or modify supplier information in the vendor master database to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Compliance & Research: Perform required compliance vetting (e.g., tax, sanction, and risk checks) and conduct payables or vendor-related research.
• Supplier Enablement: Provide high-touch support to enable suppliers on procurement platforms, specifically Coupa.
• Process Innovation: Act as a change agent by challenging the status quo, disrupting inefficient processes, and leading process improvement initiatives within the operations value stream.
• Problem Solving: Identify innovative solutions to resolve complex system and operational challenges across multiple platforms.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with internal customers, vendors, and cross-functional leadership to inform and influence positive outcomes

Additionally, the specialist supports operational excellence by identifying and driving continuous process improvements. Required Qualifications

1+ years of Customer Service experience

1+ years of experience in Corporate Procurement or Supply Chain Operations

1+ years of experience with Enterprise Financial and Procurement systems (e.g., Coupa, PeopleSoft)

Strong verbal and written communication skills with a proven track record of building positive vendor relationships
