Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Manager, Supplier Development Engineering - Wiring Assemblies in Wisconsin. You will lead a team to develop supplier manufacturing capability, capacity, and readiness for wiring assemblies, driving improvements with Lean and Six Sigma principles.

You will partner with multiple functions to ensure suppliers meet quality, delivery, cost, and growth targets while establishing governance and best practices across a global supplier network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 8 years in Supplier Development, Supplier Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience managing technical teams and cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Supplier Development Engineers focused on wiring assemblies capability, capacity, and readiness.
• Drive supplier performance improvements through structured development strategies and governance.
• Collaborate with Supplier Quality, Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, and leadership to meet quality, cost, and delivery objectives.
• Establish standardized methodologies, metrics, and best practices across the supplier network.
