Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a detail-oriented Supplier Operations Specialist to support day-to-day supplier lifecycle activities and core operational processes. You will maintain supplier records, monitor documentation, and assist with compliance, ensuring timely, professional service to internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

The role requires U.S. citizenship and offers exposure to a broad supplier management function, helping you build foundational experience in supplier operations

Qualifications

• Experience supporting business operations, supplier management, or data management.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to learn new systems, processes, and business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain supplier master data and electronic records in compliance with quality and audit requirements.
• Perform quality assurance reviews of supplier records for accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor upcoming or expired supplier documentation and renewal requirements.
• Issue renewal requests and coordinate with suppliers to obtain updated docs.
• Respond to routine and time-sensitive requests from internal stakeholders and suppliers.
