Qualifications

• 2+ years in supplier-facing roles such as supply chain, procurement, vendor management or logistics.
• Experience conducting performance assessments, supplier reviews or scorecard evaluations.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field as listed.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day supplier relationship management and governance activities.
• Coordinate monthly operational reviews, QBRs, and annual strategic reviews.
• Prepare governance materials, track actions, and document outcomes.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and risk indicators to assess supplier collaboration.
• Support segmentation updates and scorecard deployments in Ivalua.
• Draft, distribute, and track LOCs and CAPs as part of remediation.
• Maintain defensible documentation of supplier performance activities.
