• Support the completion of critical procurement tasks.
• Create and issue requests for proposals, evaluate supplier proposals, conduct price analysis.
• Negotiate NDAs, teaming agreements, license agreements, and terms and conditions.
• Administer subcontracts, modifications, and task orders with CPSR compliance.
