Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in subcontracts and direct procurement including software, hardware, commodities, and cloud services.
• 3+ years in federal procurement or subcontract management supporting U.S. government programs.
• Experience working directly with suppliers and sub-tiers to ensure product delivery.
• Knowledge of negotiating various contract types (FFP, FFPLOE, CPFF, LOE, T&M, IDIQ).
• Knowledge of FARs, GSA schedules, GWACs, or IDIQ vehicles.
• Ability to collaborate with program leadership to drive procurements.
• Ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• HS diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Assist procurement team by managing subcontract agreements and direct procurement requirements.
• Negotiate terms to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of materials and services.
