One year of specialized experience which includes experience in entering, manipulating, and retrieving information from a medical automated systems; Scheduling and coordinating medical appointments for patients; Providing technical guidance, such as reviewing reports for accuracy, ensuring compliance with policies and operating instructions, and/or providing support to hospital staff; Providing information to patients such as hospital policy and procedures, or patient eligibility.
