Job summary

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in the G-1, MANPOWER DIVISION, of MARINE CORPS BASE. You will be responsible for managing human resources programs including position management, classification and recruitment actions.

You will evaluate organizational structure efficiency by identifying personnel resource gaps, translating policy directives and conducting studies to optimize personnel distribution.

Job description

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in the G-1, MANPOWER DIVISION, of MARINE CORPS BASE.
