Job summary

The Ontario Trillium Foundation is looking for 3rd Shift Supervisors in Columbus, Ohio. Qualifications

• Minimum availability of 30 hours weekly and at least 4 shifts.
• Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager or assistant manager is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Close shifts as a key holder during the designated hours.
• Set shift positions and maintain productivity and labor goals.
• Ensure excellence in daily operations of a high-volume restaurant.
• Respond promptly and respectfully to guest needs.
• Accurately count register drawers with integrity.
• Enforce team member handbook policies.

Our Restaurant is looking for 3rd Shift Supervisors who have a passion for developing leaders and a drive for excellence. A Shift Supervisor manages our team’s performance during the third shift (hours vary Monday to Saturday between 9:00pm - 2:30am).
