Requirements / Responsibilities

The responsibility of a Shift Supervisor is to represent the restaurant during their shift, assist in training, and act as a role model for the team. Shift Supervisors are responsible for overseeing the team members on their shift, effectively planning shift positions, and ensuring their shift runs smoothly.

Applicants must be able to:

Successful applicants will be expected to be able work on their feet for several hours at a time and lift potentially heavy objects when necessary. Job opportunities as a Shift Supervisor are generally offered as full time or part time. Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager or assistant manager is preferred, but not required.
