Job summary

MaineHealth is seeking a Supervisor – Security Services to lead the MMCP security team and ensure a safe environment across hospital facilities. You will supervise day-to-day operations and assist Security leadership as needed.

Responsibilities include coordinating security duties, overseeing staff, and maintaining safety for patients, staff, and visitors while supporting hospital operations and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate’s Degree preferred.
• License/Certifications: Valid Driver’s License required.
• Experience: One year of Security work experience preferred. Supervisory experience in a healthcare security or related field preferred.

The pay range for this position is $61,256.00to $82,867.20per year.

Compensation for part-time positions isdeterminedon a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
