MaineHealth is seeking a security leader to translate site and regional security strategy into a tailored physical security program for the assigned hospital and campuses. You will ensure alignment with system policies, provide site-based integration, and deliver security in accordance with service level agreements.
The role requires five years in security or related fields with at least three years in supervisory roles, and relevant professional certifications.

The base range is an estimate and does not reflect the full value of our total compensation package.
The pay range for this position is $34.35 to $46.46 per hour.
Compensation for part-time positions is determined on a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
