Join the team at Maine Medical Center Portland’s Sterile Processing Department in a hands‑on supervisory role. MMCP Sterile Processing is a fast‑paced environment supporting a high‑volume operating room. As the region’s only Level I Trauma Center with 40 operating rooms, the department typically supports more than 100–120 surgical cases each day.
Working primarily on the floor alongside the team, the Supervisor will oversee workflow, support staff, coordinate schedules, and help ensure efficient, high‑quality service and compliance with regulatory standards.

The pay range for this position is $27.27to $36.88 per hour.
Compensation for part‑time positions isdeterminedon a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full‑time equivalent (FTE).
