Weber State University seeks a Supervisor, Payment Information System to oversee payment systems and POS operations across the university. The role enforces PCI-DSS standards, develops reports for executive decisions, and manages TouchNet marketplaces with training for departments.

It also covers server administration for the collections system and acts as a primary technical contact for financial systems. The position supports a 40-hour work week, is exempt, and located at Weber State

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with computer/database programming or system support.
• 2 years experience using SQL reporting tools.
• Experience with SQL and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Set up, operate, maintain, and secure payment systems and POS equipment across departments.
• Enforce PCI-DSS security standards for the university and generate data reports for decision-making.
• Report writing for Bursar Services and other departments; manage online TouchNet marketplace stores.
• Train departments on reporting and product management; support event registration and mobile checkout.
• Administer servers for the Collections loan management system and act as front-line contact.
