Job summary

Utah Tech University seeks a professional in accounting and eCommerce administration to support the Bursar and Cashier Office. The role covers reconciliations, journal entries, and management reporting while ensuring compliance with PCI-DSS and related standards.

You will optimize campus storefronts, monitor interfaces to the ERP system, and assist with audits and annual closes. A bachelor’s degree and experience with TouchNet/Atrium are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting or related field is required.
• Two years of administrative experience with higher education ERPs or campus eCommerce tools preferred.
• Two years of related experience in generally accepted accounting principles preferred.
• Hands-on administration of TouchNet Marketplace and Atrium Campus Card preferred.
• Strong understanding of PCI-DSS compliance regulations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage eCommerce, merchant services, campus card, and payment-system activities.
• Reconcile daily and monthly payment batches and related GL accounts.
• Prepare and post journal entries for assigned activities and support month-end close.
• Prepare financial statements, analyses, and management reports.
