Job summary

Imagine Pediatrics is a tech-enabled, pediatrician-led medical group delivering 24/7 virtual and in-home care for medically complex children. This remote role supports outreach to families, guiding enrollment via the Imagine app, and coordinating with the Local Outreach Team.

Interviews in Houston; shifts available in Central or Eastern time. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, at least one year in outbound outreach or call center, and Spanish bilingual skills.

Responsibilities

• Contact families by phone and guide them through downloading the Imagine app and scheduling an enrollment visit.
• Communicate Imagine services clearly and address parent objections.
• Represent Imagine Pediatrics to families of medically complex children.
• Coordinate with Local Outreach Team to reach non-engaged and engaged patients by phone.
• Use reporting and dashboards to prioritize outreach to prospective members.
• Meet or exceed engagement targets on a monthly basis.

Imagine Pediatrics is a tech enabled, pediatrician led medical group reimagining care for children with special health care needs. We deliver 24/7 virtual first and in home medical, behavioral, and social care, working alongside families, providers, and health plans to break down barriers to quality care. We do not replace existing care teams; we enhance them, providing an extra layer of support with compassion, creativity, and an unwavering commitment to children with medical complexity.

Where You’ll Be

This position will be remote, but must be able to attend an in-person final interview in Houston, Texas on August 13th or August 14th. The role will require working one of the following shifts in either Central or Eastern time:

• 9:00am-5:30pm
• 11:00am-7:30pm

What You’ll Do

• Utilize telephonic outreach and engagement strategies to contact families and walk them through the process of successfully downloading the Imagine app and scheduling an enrollment visit.
• Effectively communicate Imagine services and overcome parent/family objections.
• Represent Imagine Pediatrics to parents and families of medically complex children.
• In coordination with Local Outreach Team, support telephonic outreach to non-engaged and engaged patients.
• Leverage reporting and dashboards to prioritize telephonic outreach to prospective members.
• Successfully meet and/or exceed engagement monthly targets.

What You Bring & How You Qualify

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience working in an outreach, customer service, or call center environment where an outbound communication role was primarily performed
• Bilingual Spanish highly preferred
