Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Certification/licensure in CHAA, CRCR, CHAM, CPC, CMAA, CPMSM, RHIT, CCS required or preferred.
• 3 years of relevant experience in Patient Access/Registration, Billing/Patient Accounting, Revenue Cycle Management or Customer Service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Patient Access department and ensure accurate registration.
• Provide leadership, support and mentorship to staff while ensuring compliance with policies.
• Lead process improvement efforts and contribute to front-end revenue cycle improvements.
• Enhance the patient experience through efficient front-end workflows.
