Explain and complete complex regulatory and compliance documents and adhere to all applicable privacy and compliance standards. They will explain and collect co-payments, deposits and outstanding balances, and perform transactions securely. Greet patients and families, answer questions, and ensure the patients arrive to the appropriate service area at the right time.
