Job summary

Hilton Grand Vacations in Stuart, AR area is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to advise and coordinate daily work assignments and tasks performed by Maintenance Technicians.

You will supervise, direct and train a team, assist the Chief Engineer with special projects, inspect facilities, and ensure the safe operation of boilers, chillers, life safety systems, and related equipment across the property.

Qualifications

• 3 years of building and/or property maintenance.
• EPA, OSHA, and CPO Certifications preferred.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, direct and train a team of highly motivated Technicians.
• Assist the Chief Engineer with special projects.
• Visually inspect, operate, and maintain guestrooms, common area and associated equipment systems throughout the property.
• Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the facility including guestrooms, common areas, boilers, chillers, air compressors and related facility equipment
• Monitor, maintain and test Emergency and Life Safety systems.
• Record and maintain various logs and preventative maintenance records.
• Monitor team member efficiency, quality and guest response
• May be required to do other duties and special projects assigned by the Chief Engineer.
