Job summary

Hilton Grand Vacations is seeking a Maintenance Technician at Boardwalk Resort & Villas in Virginia Beach to keep guestrooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas in top condition. You will perform drywall, painting, repairs, and assist with preventative maintenance to ensure a welcoming stay for guests.

Ideal candidates have 6 months to 1 year of related experience and a High School Diploma or GED. Must be able to climb stairs, work on ladders up to 30 feet, and lift up to 50 lbs.

• High School Diploma or GED
• Can easily climb stairs and work on ladders up to 30 feet, push/pull up to 80 lbs, lift/carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Basic drywall, painting/staining and wall vinyl repairs
• Maintain all guestroom and public space equipment
• Complete planned scheduled preventative maintenance.
• Replace faulty plumbing components.
• Detailed record keeping
• Assist other maintenance staff on special projects as directed by leadership
