Ocean Network Express North America is seeking a Supervisory professional to oversee the Cargo Management Team in Richmond, VA, with a hybrid work model requiring three days in the office and two remote days.
This role supports policy development, account plan execution, and customer satisfaction, coordinating with sales, marketing, yield management, EQC, and operations, and reports to a Manager or Sr. Manager.

This position is responsible for the successful oversight and execution of the goals and functions of the Cargo Management Team. Supervisors will Assist Managers with the development of policies and procedures to provide an optimal level of Account plan execution, Customer satisfaction, and company profitability. Supervisors will be liaising with other internal stakeholders (sales, marketing, strategic Yield management, EQC, operations, etc) for problem resolution as well as supporting management with projects and team guidance. The incumbent will report to a Manager or Sr. Manager.

ONE NA follows a hybrid work schedule requiring employees to work 3 days in the office (i.e. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and 2 days remote each week.
Salary commensurate with experience means your pay will be directly proportional to your background, skills, and qualifications.
