Job summary

• Plan, organize, and direct the activities of the Cleanup in Vulnerable Communities Initiative (CVCI) Administrative Unit to ensure program objectives and administrative policies are met
• Facilitate meetings with staff and CVCI Program leadership to identify project barriers, formulate strategic solutions, and provide technical assistance for complex grant projects
• Initiate process enhancements and coordinate with internal management to improve operational efficiency and grant management platform usability
• Develop and maintain standardized desk manuals to ensure consistent operational practices across the unit
• Supervise administrative staff and serve as the primary liaison between the CVCI Program and the Budget, Contracts, and accounting offices on all fiscal and contracting matters
• Monitor expenditures to ensure CVCI funds are utilized in accordance with established plans

Desirable Qualifications We Look For

• Experience in contract management, procurement, or legal analysis
• Experience in managing end-to-end project lifecycle, translating data into compelling verbal presentation or written reports
• Experience in developing budgeting and planning
• Experience in grant administration
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel (data analysis/reconciliation) and Word (for report preparation)
• Excellence in both written and oral communication, including the ability to articulate facts clearly and present ideas to leadership
