Job Description:
- Coordinates flow of day-to-day stockroom activity. Responsible for receiving, checking against PO and pricing. Responsible for reporting damage claims to vendor. Ensures all merchandise is checked in and priced.
- Reconciles the monthly credit card statement to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Responsible for supervision, scheduling, and training of Gift Shop Volunteers.
- Creates new displays of seasonal and everyday products, bringing them to the sales floor and restocking daily.
- Processes and ensures timely payments to vendors.
- Data entry in POS system for inventory accountability.
- Assists in buying and reordering of merchandise for shops.
- Helps to coordinate Special Event Sales.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
