Role Overview

The Global Operations Supervisor oversees client/customer service and acts as a knowledge expert for the global Health Information Services (HIS) staff. Responsibilities include managing global operations, training, ensuring process compliance, and supporting departmental projects. This role reports to the Global Health Information Operations Manager and involves maintaining workflow, handling escalations, and traveling to India quarterly for two weeks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a knowledge expert for global partners
  • Lead training initiatives for global associates
  • Generate reports for partners, management, and clients
  • Oversee Quality Assurance processes
  • Lead recruiting, hiring, and onboarding of staff
  • Develop and manage workflow processes for clients
  • Update Standard Operating Procedures with partners
  • Communicate issues and opportunities to senior leadership
  • Manage multiple projects effectively
  • Build relationships with cross-functional teams
  • Develop Corrective Action Plans and staff development strategies
  • Participate in projects to improve operations
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of patient information
  • Maintain knowledge of company software and policies
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other standards
  • Perform tasks as directed by the Health Information Operations Manager
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 18 years old
  • Willingness to travel globally
  • At least 2 years of health information experience; 3+ preferred
  • Experience leading projects and processes
  • Proficiency with office equipment and communication skills in English
  • Attention to detail and compliance in medical records
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Strong presentation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to delegate effectively
Additional Information

The salary range is estimated at $57,000—$60,000 USD. The role requires compliance with health screening and vaccination policies. This position is not eligible for sponsorship.
