Role Overview

The Global Operations Supervisor is responsible for client/customer service and acts as a knowledge expert for the global Health Information Services (HIS) staff. The role emphasizes global operations management, staff training, and ensuring compliance with established guidelines. Additionally, the supervisor may assist leadership with departmental projects and supports the Global Health Information Operations Manager. Responsibilities include maintaining workflow, managing escalations, and ensuring productivity of the global HIS team.

This position requires travel to India for at least two weeks per quarter.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a knowledge expert for global partners
  • Lead training for global associates
  • Generate reports for partners, management, and clients
  • Oversee Quality Assurance processes
  • Lead recruiting, hiring, and onboarding of staff
  • Develop and manage workflow for various clients
  • Update Standard Operating Procedures in collaboration with global partners
  • Report issues, opportunities, or challenges to senior leadership
  • Manage multiple projects effectively
  • Communicate work progress and site issues to management
  • Build relationships with cross-functional teams
  • Develop Corrective Action Plans and staff development initiatives
  • Participate in projects and committees to enhance operations
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulations
  • Perform tasks as directed by the Health Information Operations Manager
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED; 2+ years of health information experience preferred
  • Willingness to travel internationally
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and compliance-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Effective delegation and leadership skills
Additional Information

We are committed to diversity and equal employment opportunity. The estimated total cash compensation range is $57,000—$60,000 USD. This role does not qualify for sponsorship. Additional requirements include health screenings and vaccinations as per client policies.
