The Global Operations Supervisor is responsible for client/customer service and acts as a knowledge expert for the global Health Information Services (HIS) staff. The role emphasizes global operations management, staff training, and ensuring compliance with established guidelines. Additionally, the supervisor may assist leadership with departmental projects and supports the Global Health Information Operations Manager. Responsibilities include maintaining workflow, managing escalations, and ensuring productivity of the global HIS team.
This position requires travel to India for at least two weeks per quarter.
