Job summary

The position focuses on compliance, process improvement, and stakeholder coordination to support clients, families, and partner agencies across Muscogee and Russell counties.

Responsibilities

• Direct the development and implementation of departmental policies, procedures, and programs.
• Oversee daily operations of case management with Continuum of Care (COC) partners to ensure quality and efficient workflow.
• Establish protocols and benchmarks for case management success and demonstrate community impact.
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback and coaching to promote professional growth.
• Foster relationships with agencies in Muscogee and Russell counties and advocate for client needs.

Education

Bachelor's degree in social work or related field
