Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, clinical supervision and administrative services to program employees.
• Oversee service coordination and ensure compliant delivery of services.
• Monitor program resources and maintain budgets.
• Review referrals and assign to Service Coordinators.
• Develop training modules and mentor staff.
• Attend treatment plan meetings and clinical meetings as needed.
