Ascension in Carmel, IN, seeks a clinic operations lead to oversee daily operations at the Ascension Medical Group Clinic, Diagnostic Medicine of Carmel, ensuring efficient scheduling and patient flow.

You’ll coordinate staffing, coverage for providers, PTO, and unplanned absences, monitor rooming processes and productivity, and implement solutions to minimize disruptions.

Competenze

• Required Credential: BLS Provider within 1 month of hire; American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Preferred Credential: Advanced Life Support.
• High School diploma equivalency with 1 year of experience or 2 years of applicable experience; licensure can substitute education.
• Leadership experience preferred, including lead Medical Assistant experience.

• Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30am-4pm or 8am-4:30pm

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration

• Required Credential(s):
  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Preferred Credential(s):
  • Advanced Life Support. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education

• High School diploma equivalency with 1 year of experience OR 2 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. *Note: Required professional licensure/certification and 1 year of experience can be used in lieu of education, if applicable.
