MaineHealth in Stephens Hospital seeks a Supervisor of Clinical Operations to lead our Medical Assistant staff, ensuring high-quality patient care across practices. Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 160 hours MA clinical experience or six months MA program; or 1 year MA in multi-provider setting.
• Current AAMA/NHA/AMT/NCCT certification; BLS within 30 days; NH Med Tech License for NH sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned practices.
• Provide guidance and support to clinical staff.
• Foster a positive, collaborative team environment.
• Apply hands-on clinical leadership to improve patient care.
