Metro Auto Parks is seeking a Supervisor to manage one of our working shifts at Union Station West Wing. You will supervise direct reports, provide task instructions, track attendance, and measure KPIs to review team performance.
The role requires excellent communication, a passion for excellence, and prior leadership experience is a plus. Salary ranges between $23 and $25 per hour and benefits are provided.
We are looking for a Supervisor who will be in charge of managing one of our working shifts. Duties primarily revolve around the general management of your direct reports, which include, but are not limited to, providing and demonstrating task instructions, keeping attendance, and measuring key performance indicators. You will be expected to keep records and produce reports that will be used to review team performance. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills and a passion for excellence. Previous leadership experience is a plus.
Metro Auto Parks is a privately-owned parking operations and management company. Metro’s Preferred Parking Program currently offers monthly and daily parking at many locations along the rail lines and busways. This program allows Metro patrons to park in the designated Preferred Permit Parking area of the facility when the vehicle is displaying a valid permit.
Dependent upon location, parking attendants might have to stand or sit for prolonged periods.
*Supervisor will be responsible for the managing of operations/employees with shift flexibility.*
