Job summary

JusticeWorks YouthCare in Hamilton County, OH is seeking a qualified Supervisor to oversee field staff and ensure quality service delivery to youth and families. A Bachelor's degree in social work, criminal justice, psychology or a related field with two years of relevant experience is preferred; a high school diploma with four years of relevant experience is also acceptable.

A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, criminal justice, psychology or related field with two years of relevant experience preferred.
• High School diploma with four years of relevant experience also acceptable.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and access to a vehicle.
• Pass current, applicable clearances.

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly individual supervision with each staff: case reviews and performance evaluation.
• Assist with performance management and provide training as needed.
• Assign referrals in accordance with program standards.
• Accompany field staff to meetings and court hearings as needed.
• Develop and maintain positive community and stakeholder collaboration.
• Transport clients using a personal vehicle when necessary.

• Transport clients utilizing personal vehicle, as necessary.
