Job summary

JusticeWorks YouthCare seeks a Family Advocacy Case Manager in Pike County, PA, full-time with some evenings and weekends. You will be the primary contact for families, assess needs, connect to community resources, and help stabilize families navigating social services and legal systems.

Responsibilities include crisis intervention, case management, resource linkage, progress monitoring, documentation, and occasional client transportation using your vehicle.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Fluency in English and Spanish preferred.
• Background clearances and drug screening required.
• Willingness to work evenings/weekends.

About The Role

JusticeWorks YouthCare is hiring a Family Advocacy Case Manager to support families as they navigate social service and legal systems. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for families, assess needs, connect them with critical community resources, and achieve stability.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma required
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable access to a vehicle
• Ability to pass all required background clearances
• Ability to pass pre-employment, post-offer drug screening
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends
• Fluency in English and Spanish preferred
