JusticeWorks YouthCare is seeking a dedicated Family Preservation Specialist to support reunification efforts and provide case management and parenting education to families in Cincinnati, OH.

Qualified candidates have a degree with relevant experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass background checks and drug screening. The role requires some evenings and weekends. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Associate or high school diploma with 1 year of experience working with youth and families.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle access.
• Ability to pass all required background clearances and drug screening.
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Work with JFS to support family reunification efforts.
• Provide case management services and parenting education/classes.
• Promote inclusive, strengths-based teamwork with families and community partners.
• Support parents in developing skills to safely care for their children.
• Transport clients using your personal vehicle as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and meet program and compliance standards.

Pay Range: $38,000-$44,000/ yearly

About the Role

JusticeWorks YouthCare is seeking a dedicated Family Preservation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will support families during the reunification process. You will provide hands‑on case management, parenting education, and family support services while collaborating with professionals such as social workers, psychologists, and educators to ensure the safety and well‑being of children.

• Bachelor’s degree, Associate’s degree, or high school diploma with one (1) year of experience working with youth and families
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable access to a vehicle
• Ability to pass all required background clearances
• Ability to pass pre‑employment, post‑offer drug screening
• Willingness to work non‑traditional hours, including evenings and weekends
