Job summary

JusticeWorks YouthCare is seeking a Part-Time Supervised Visitation Monitor to oversee visits between parents and children in Hamilton County, ensuring they occur in a safe and supportive environment. This role helps families involved in the child welfare system maintain structured interactions and safety.

You will supervise visits, coordinate with county workers and providers, and assist with intake and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Background clearances must be passable.
• Pre-employment drug screening required.
• Evenings, nights, and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Supervise visits between children and parents or siblings.
• Create a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for every visit.
• Coordinate with county workers, families, and providers to share updates.
• Provide reliable transportation to authorized destinations using your personal vehicle.
• Fill in to provide case coverage and maintain continuity of care.
• Complete thorough intakes for new clients and families; assist with administrative tasks.

Pay Rate: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

What You’ll Do

• Support meaningful family connections by supervising visits between children and their parents or siblings


• Create a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for every visit


• Collaborate with county workers, families, and community providers to help coordinate services and share important updates


• Provide reliable transportation to authorized destinations using your personal vehicle


• Step in to provide case coverage and help maintain continuity of care


• Welcome new clients and families by completing thorough, organized intakes


• Support the team with administrative tasks and other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent


• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle


• Ability to pass required background clearances


• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening


• Willingness to work evenings, nights, and weekends
