5. Collaborate with forensic experts, engineers, and insurance professionals to build liability arguments
6. Enhance operational workflows and use technology to increase efficiency and productivity
7. Conduct regular performance reviews and mentoring sessions to support staff development
8. Design and facilitate training programs to maintain up-to-date legal knowledge across the team
9. Serve as the primary point of escalation for high-value or complex litigation cases

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of litigation experience, including subrogation and trial-related matters
