The Trial Attorney represents insureds and the Company in defending bodily injury and property damage lawsuits, subrogation, and Allstate Financial cases. Responsibilities include preparing for and conducting hearings, trials, arbitrations, mediations, and depositions.
This role does not have supervisory duties.

Annual salary ranges from $66,800 to $120,650, based on experience and qualifications.
