Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Crew Person to perform assigned restaurant tasks, provide guests with a positive experience, and ensure food quality while keeping the environment clean, pleasant, and safe for all guests and team members.

Responsibilities include following guest service guidelines, working at assigned stations, preparing and delivering products per Menu Standards, and upholding food safety and sanitation.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Enrollment in high school is required; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferable.
• Must have reliable transportation to work.
• Must be able and willing to work flexible hours, possibly including opening and closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with a positive experience and maintain a clean, safe restaurant environment.
• Prepare quality food products according to standards and keep stations stocked and organized.
• Handle food products following safety, sanitation and company procedures.
• Follow cash control guidelines to minimize costs and use all products, supplies, equipment and facilities properly.
• Demonstrate effective communication with guests and team members.
• Perform other duties or projects as needed in response to business conditions.
