Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Crew Person to perform tasks in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will provide guests with a positive experience, prepare quality food to standards, and keep the area clean, pleasant and safe for all guests and employees.

You'll follow guest service guidelines, work assigned stations, ensure hot, high-quality products, handle food safely, manage cash controls, communicate effectively with guests and teammates, and support additional duties as business needs change.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in high school; high school diploma or equivalent is preferable.
• Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
• Must have reliable transportation to work.
• Must be able and willing to work flexible hours, possibly including opening and closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with SUPERSTAR service.
• Work assigned station(s), clean and stock the station area(s).
• Prepare, package and deliver products according to Menu Standards.
• Handle all food products following company procedures and sanitation requirements.
• Follow company cash control guidelines to minimize restaurant costs.
• Demonstrate oral communication, and communicate effectively with contacts.
• Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.
