Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Crew Person to perform essential restaurant tasks and ensure every guest enjoys a positive experience. You will prepare quality food to standard, package and deliver products, and maintain a clean, safe dining environment for guests and staff.

You will work at assigned stations, follow service guidelines, and support the team as business needs change. The role requires standing for long periods and the ability to lift 50–75 lbs, with flexibility for opening or closing shifts.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in high school; high school diploma or equivalent is preferable.
• Minimum 16 years of age.
• Reliable transportation to work.
• Willing to work flexible hours, possibly including opening and closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Gives guests a positive experience and follows service guidelines to provide “SUPERSTAR Service.”
• Works assigned station(s) accurately and keeps stations clean and stocked.
• Prepares, packages and delivers products according to Menu Standards and quality expectations.
• Follows food safety, handling and sanitation requirements to ensure health and safety.
• Adheres to cash control guidelines and uses products, supplies, equipment, and facilities properly.
• Communicates effectively with guests and team members.
• Performs other duties or special projects as needed.

Education
