Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Crew Person to join our restaurant team. You will help deliver a positive guest experience by preparing quality food to standard and keeping areas clean and safe. The role requires standing for long periods and flexibility with shifts.

As a member of the team, you will follow safety procedures, work at your assigned station, and assist with packaging and delivering products that meet menu standards. You will participate in daily tasks to support smooth operations.

Qualifications

Must be at least 16 years old.
Enrollment in high school is preferable.
Reliable transportation to work is required.
Ability to work flexible hours, including opening/closing shifts.
Commitment to food safety and sanitation practices.
Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Provide guests with excellent service and ensure a positive experience.
Work assigned station, clean and stock, and perform cleaning duties as needed.
Prepare, package and deliver food according to menu standards.
Follow all food safety, handling, and sanitation rules.
Follow cash handling guidelines to help control costs and prevent waste.
Communicate effectively with coworkers and guests, both verbally and in writing.
Take on additional duties or projects as business needs change.
