Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Crew Person to support daily restaurant operations and guest experiences. You will work at an assigned station, prepare quality products, and help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff.

Responsibilities include following guest service guidelines to deliver SUPERSTAR service, adhering to safety and sanitation standards, and assisting with other duties as business needs change.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in high school; high school diploma or equivalent preferable.
• Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
• Must have reliable transportation to work.
• Must be able and willing to work flexible hours, possibly including opening and closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Follow guest service guidelines to ensure SUPERSTAR service.
• Work assigned station, clean and stock area, and assist with cleaning tasks.
• Ensure hot, quality products are prepared, packaged, and delivered per standards.
• Handle food safely following company sanitation and safety requirements.
• Follow cash handling guidelines to minimize costs and use supplies efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external contacts.
• Perform other duties or special projects as needed.
