Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Crew Person to ensure every guest has a positive experience, prepare quality food to standard, and keep the restaurant clean, pleasant and safe for all guests and employees.

You will work at assigned stations, follow food safety procedures, assist with packing and service, communicate clearly with team and guests, and complete additional duties as needed in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in high school; diploma preferred
• Minimum 16 years old
• Reliable transportation to work
• Ability to work flexible hours, including opening/closing shifts

Responsibilities

• Follow Guest service guidelines to deliver SUPERSTAR service
• Work assigned stations; clean, stock, and assist as needed
• Ensure hot, quality products are prepared and delivered per standards
• Handle food safely and maintain sanitation at all times
• Follow cash control guidelines to help minimize costs
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Take on other duties or projects as business needs change
