Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Crew Person to provide guests with a positive dining experience. You will prepare quality food according to standards and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming restaurant environment for guests and staff.

Responsibilities include operating assigned stations, stocking and cleaning, ensuring hot and quality products, and following food safety procedures. You may assist with cash handling and other tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Reliable transportation to work.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including opening/closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with a positive experience and prepare quality food according to standards.
• Operate assigned station(s); clean and stock; assist with other cleaning duties as assigned.
• Ensure hot, quality products are prepared, packaged and delivered per menu standards.
• Follow all food safety, handling, and sanitation requirements for guest and employee health.
• Adhere to cash control guidelines and minimize restaurant costs; use supplies and equipment properly.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external contacts.
• Perform other duties and/or special projects as required by changing business conditions.

Education

Enrollment in high school; high school diploma or equivalent is preferable
