Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee all on-site construction activities from preconstruction through closeout. You will manage day-to-day field operations, coordinate with project managers, design teams, and clients, and enforce stringent safety protocols to maintain a compliant jobsite.

The role requires 7+ years in commercial construction, experience with ground-up and renovation projects, and proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
• Experience with ground-up and/or renovation projects (education, municipal, or commercial preferred).
• Strong knowledge of construction means & methods, scheduling, and sequencing.
• Proficiency with construction technology (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).

Job Details

• Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all on-site construction activities from preconstruction through project closeout

• Qualifications:

7+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction

Experience with ground-up and/or renovation projects (education, municipal, or commercial preferred)

Strong knowledge of construction means & methods, scheduling, and sequencing

Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and complex project logistics

Familiarity with construction management or design-build delivery methods preferred

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Proficiency with construction technology (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.)

• Education & Certifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)

OSHA 30 certification strongly preferred
